reviews come from our store's review app, Judge.me. here is how submissions are handled.
who can review
reviews are left by customers through a review request sent after an order. a review is marked as a verified buyer only when the review app matches it to a real order. we can't add that badge ourselves.
what we publish
we publish positive and negative reviews the same way. we don't edit what customers write, and we don't hide a review because of its rating.
what we remove
- spam, ads and links to other sites
- duplicate submissions
- personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses or other people's names
- abusive or hateful language
we apply these rules to every review, whatever its rating, and keep a private note of why anything was removed.
no rewards for reviews
we don't pay for reviews or offer discounts or gifts in exchange for them.
ratings and counts
the star average and review count come straight from the review app and include every published review. no stars show until there is at least one real review.
