where we ship. we ship to addresses in the 50 united states and washington, d.c. we don't ship to apo, fpo or dpo addresses or to u.s. territories.

what it costs. $5.95 on orders under $50. free on orders of $50 and up, including the 3-pouch bundle. subscribe & save orders always ship free.

when it leaves. we pack and ship orders from pennsylvania within 1-2 business days (monday to friday, not including holidays).

how it travels. usps ground advantage. once your order ships, usps estimates delivery in 2-5 business days. that's the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee. alaska and hawaii can take longer.

tracking. you'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

lost or damaged. if your pouch arrives damaged, or tracking stalls or shows delivered and it isn't there, email hello@yawana.shop with your order number within 14 days. we'll send a replacement at no charge or refund you, whichever you prefer. there's no shipping protection to buy.

wrong address. email hello@yawana.shop before your order ships and we'll fix the address. if a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we'll contact you to reship it or refund it.
